Pros: beautiful land there's a lot of open space for kids to play. quiet neighborhood, kids had a space to hang out, very open top floor made it nice to hang out and make food. There's 3 king beds which was very nice for all the adults. Master shower was huge and there was always a ton of hot water. We were close enough to the beaches to go back and forth on a rainy day. There's a large tv upstairs and one downstairs which was great for the kids.Cons: kitchen only had exactly 10 plates could use more for a house able to hold 10 people. I agree with the comments of it needing a deep clean. But it was stuff like baseboards and fronts of cabinets otherwise it was a clean house. There was only one extra trash bag for 10 people I feel like you'd need more. There's also butcher block counter tops in the kitchen but they don't want any liquid on them. They don't have enough coasters for 10 people. Also how do you not get things wet in a kitchen. They wanted the dishes washed and put away from the dishwasher before we checked out. But it seemed impossible with having to be out by 10 and there being a lack of practical dishes for 10 guests. The dishwasher was basically always running because we had to get creative each meal to eat. One night we had to soup for dinner and we're eating out of pans because that's what was available for bowls.
