Villa Lola is one half of The Sunset Sisters, a relaxed-coastal, luxe-retro lakehouse overlooking the sparkling shores of Wallis Lake.

Perfect for families, groups of friends, travelling professionals and weekenders, Lola offers a breezy, nostalgic escape with everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. Wake to soft light pouring through the windows, enjoy breakfast on the front deck, and wander across the road to dip your toes in the water — it’s lakeside living at its best.



Inside, the villa blends retro charm with fresh, curated furnishings. The living and dining spaces are bright and inviting, with a plush sectional sofa, Smart TV, air-conditioning, and room to relax. The original kitchen has been beautifully preserved with a vintage twist — fully equipped and perfect for cooking meals at home.



Each bedroom has been individually styled with earthy tones, palm-inspired artwork, soft linens and plenty of storage. The bedding configuration is ideal for mixed groups and families travelling with kids.



The front deck is the hero of the home — a huge shared-style space with uninterrupted 180° lake views, outdoor dining, lounges and space to unwind from sunrise to sunset. Out the back, Lola has a fully fenced private backyard, perfect for pets and little ones. A lockable gate connects Lola to Villa Frankie next door, making stays with extended family or friends easy and seamless.

Villa Lola is located in a relaxed pocket of Forster, offering a peaceful coastal setting while still being close to many of the area’s highlights. The neighbourhood has an easy-going holiday atmosphere and is well suited to guests looking to enjoy the beaches, waterways and outdoor lifestyle the Barrington Coast is known for.



Wallis Lake is nearby and provides a beautiful setting for boating, fishing, paddleboarding and waterfront walks. The calm waters and open views make it a popular spot for both locals and visitors, particularly in the evenings when the sunsets across the lake create a stunning backdrop.



Forster’s town centre and marina precinct are just a short distance away, where you’ll find a variety of cafés, restaurants, shops and waterfront dining options. The region is also home to several beautiful beaches including Forster Main Beach and One Mile Beach, both ideal for swimming, surfing and enjoying long coastal walks.
