Hallways and surrounding rooms noisy until 11pm and then restarted at 5 am. Not to mention the nocturnal floor stomper. We got about 7 hours of sleep over 2 nights.

I have stayed at this hotel alongside Wingate next door a number of times travelling from Utah. I have never experienced issues like this before. Front desk help was utterly rude and snobby upon checking in. Refused to help us in any manner in regards to an unexpected security deposit of $150 that I have never been asked to pay during prior visits. Our refrigerator either stopped working or wasn't working prior to us checking in and

The bed was broken. My grandson sat on the edge and the whole thing tipped to the side. It’s debatable that the room was even cleaned as there was no way whoever made up the bed didn’t realize the bed wasn’t stable.

Staff was nice, clean rooms, problem for me was that hotel is directly facing busy highway which is very noisy all day and all night. Also, beds are really old and make noise all the time.
