Quaint fun stay downtown

There is only street parking available, and only on the same street IF there’s availability. There was several, walkable really tasty places nearby. The main issues we had were related to the internal A/C control being so bright and unfortunately, due to the age of the building, the windows are so thin that you could hear all noises from outside.

We loved our room. It was clean and had a comfortable bed. The communication with the host was great. We had a mix up on which building our room was In and even at 11:30 at night we got a quick response. It was really nice being so close to downtown Fort Collins.

Our experience was great! The owner was very organized and easy to communicate with. The room was like the comforts of home. The bed was wonderful and big screen TV in your room. They did a great job setting everything up to make a great experience.

Excellent location and clean accommodation. The main negative for me was a total lack of communication regarding check in and other details despite messaging ahead of time via Expedia. I had to seek help via the chat function who contacted the host direct which wasted over 30 minutes. There was no info on WiFi passwords etc and self serve coffee cups ran out in the morning. Great place but I wouldn't stay again after the hassle and lack of basic information.

Very clean and comfortable apartment-style room. The bed was super comfy! The bathroom was spacious. I wish there was a designated parking space at the unit. There is no microwave, but the mini fridge was nice to have.

My stay was great! It was a perfect location for visiting CSU and close to lots of food and shops downtown. Devon was very helpful, communicative and responded to questions quickly. Coffee was restocked everyday, which was great. Check in and check out were very smooth.

Unique stay with a nice location near Old Town

Good stay overall. I would consider staying again now that I know what to expect. Good: The bed and bathroom were perfectly clean. There was great water pressure and the hot water was actually hot. My wife appreciated having asking to the coffee machine in the foyer. The bed itself was also super comfortable. Bad: The room is a little small, no view from our unit and very bright in the morning — really recommend bringing an eye mask. There is also a very bright thermostat that lights up the room at night. The bedsheets are also strongly scented from a laundry detergent of some kind. I would’ve appreciated a nightstand on both sides of the bed but there is power available in floor outlets which made up for it. Overall, this pseudo-hotel is no frills and got the job done. I would stay again under the right circumstances, like another work trip or one where I knew I only needed a place to sleep.
