First floor king villa located in the heart of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea where truly no car is needed. Walk a few blocks to beach with our included chairs, umbrellas and towels. Equally as close and convenient is the entertainment district with many restaurants and shoppes. The private unit is fully stocked and ready for your enjoyment. Plenty of shade and sun lounging in the tropical pool area. Parking is first come first serve and not always available, but is a rare occurance.
During your stay at this apartment building, you're just a quick walk from Lauderdale by the Sea Beach. Laundry facilities are available. The apartment offers a private pool and a kitchen.

Very well appointed. Quiet street with easy walking access to lots of nighttime activity. Location worked well as pet friendly.
