Nikki was the most communicative host I’ve ever had for a stay! The house was perfect for a bachelorette party of 14 girls. The property is beautiful, relaxing, spacious, and clean. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for something this size. The location was also walkable to target, Publix and other places and a close drive to many others, the beach, las olas, etc. really just a wonderful experience.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a wonderful weekend full of memories. Nikki, thr property manager was truely amazing. She would go above and byond to help and make sure we were all accommodated. She is a true role model of the industry amd I would not of had the vacation I did without her help!

Great House and Location

Everything was great! We stayed with a few families with kids aged 10-16. The heated pool and outdoor area is great and spacious. Large open area dinning room and sitting room made it a great place to gather inside. Kids fished off of the canal and we saw a couple manatee swim by. It’s a short distance to Lauderdale-by-the Sea which has a great beach and small shops and restaurants. Target and Publix are within 2 miles. House was decorated very nicely. Kitchen was well stocked. We have stayed as a dozen or so VRBO’s and would highly recommend this one.
