Half the tv channels were non existent. Our toilet was clogged for all of one of the days of our trip and we were told there was no plunger on premises. There was one cart for gathering our things for the entire hotel. Fridge didn’t work. Do I need to say more?

Quiet stay with a good location, but front desk service needs improvement. Waited several minutes to check in with no staff present, and another guest had to call out to get help. Room was clean, but bathroom had paint stains. Check-out was smooth and quick. Decent overall, but service could be better.

I originally booked a king suite but upon check in I was told there was a plumbing issue and I would have to change to a king room or double queen suite. I also would have liked daily housekeeping, but only every other day cleaning was offered. As far as the experience with staff, Mohammed was very accommodative with the room selection and made switching the room and checking in sweeter than bitter. During my stay I ate at the restaurant on site. Joel and Rowan were also very accommodative and made my dining experience a perfect one. I had a breakfast sandwich and it was quite tasty, I order a glass of water and the water tasted like quality purified water though I am not sure if it was tap or bottle water. This was my second time sending guests to this hotel and it won’t the last.
