Next day staff said not aware of lamp issue and they were busy. Were given $20 food credit but unable to use . Told no food on Friday but bar would be open. Bar not open.

The only con in this hotel was they didn’t have the only place to eat open two days of my stay here also breakfast they didn’t have a toaster oven for the breads and bagels other than that my stay was amazing!!!

Before you book at this hotel, the staff is extremely rude. You will be forced to pay $40 to park, and the worse part is you will not get any sleep. The AC unit in the room is so loud. The staff is fully aware of this. Don't take my word for it. Just search for complaints online and you will see the hundrds of other complaints addressing the same thing. Saty away!

The property itself was great, but the pricing was misleading. Upon checking we found out that we would be charged $30 per night for pool and breakfast fees (used neither) and an additional $40 per night for the mandatory use of valet parking (plus tip). These hidden fees brought our total stay up over $150 more than anticipated. Just include the fees in fhe price or boldly show that they will be charged.
