We really loved the first stay, last year (when it was called “Sonder”). We enjoyed the bars & restaurants in the building, and the others nearby, while walking along the river… This was our second year staying here, and most of those were closed. This year, our room had a horrible musty smell. Unfortunately, their solution was sending a guy in, who sprayed air-freshener up into the vents (the smell never went away). Also, for people who enjoy multiple cups of regular coffee, there wasn’t a Coffee maker (just a single-cup Nespresso machine). Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

The apartment was absolutely great… well appointed, super clean, very comfortable. The only drawback was a very loud and very long train in the wee hours that startled me awake and lasted a good ten minutes. As nice as the apartment was I wouldn’t stay there again because of the train.

Nicest hotel I've stayed at! We found ourselves two nights getting takeout just so we could enjoy the p floor (13th floor access to all- pool, 360 views, perf sunset location) and really enjoyed the gym! highly recommend and WILL be back

They told us they over booked their two bedroom suits, so they asked us to move into 2 1 bedroom suites which we were okay with. When arrived they moved us into studios not the suite. Also there is a loud train that goes by and the lady checking us in was not very nice and gave us wrong instructions to our room which made us take the wrong elevator with all of our bags. The hotel is nice and modern and fun location with all the restaurants nearby.

The place nice our studio suite is clean all around except for bathroom sinkstopper that wouldn’t come up.. A very good apartment/hotel for pre-cruise .
