Wonderful property

This property was a great place to stay in many ways. I was first struck by its attractiveness and cleanliness of the unit, both inside and outside, as soon as I arrived. The interior decor was simple and modern, which gave the unit a sense of freshness and clarity. Although the overall space was relatively small, it was compact in a comfortable way. The location was very convenient, being close to the Fort Lauderdale airport, downtown, and the beaches. It was a nice area to walk around, including walking to Whole Foods. Communication with Kevin, the manager, was very supportive and helpful. He provided a lot of information to prepare for both our arrival to and departure from the unit and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property and would be happy to stay there again for my next visit.

Comfortable place in a good location.

Spacious place for 2-4 guests and close to everything. Right off Rte. 1. Clean and well taken care of. Owners are excellent. Dedicated parking space. Every unit has a private, enclosed outdoor area. My second stay here.

positive. i will stay with this host property again when i go to ft Lauderdale area again.

my sister in law said she really liked the place. simply fine. well put together. she travels to So FL often. host was responsive to my messages and showed caring for our circumstances. we were/ are (haha) all seniors. 67-73. we have decided that when our group plans a trip as a group, to the south, we would try to rent all 4 places if it is available. His label as Premier host is well earned.
