We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. It's super close to the beach and reasonably priced. They have beach towels for you if they need them. The gym is sufficient for what it is while traveling. They have a pool and rec room. The only thing about the rooms is that some of the entry ways are super narrow and that's right where the kitchen is. There's not a lot of counter space for cooking or washing dishes. But it worked and I cooked meals everyday there with all the dishes, pans, utensils, and mini fridge provided. If you have the cheapest room you probably have on of these split rooms like we had instead of one of the full size rooms which looked really nice as I saw in one when it was being cleaned. Plenty of parking. Overall it's a great place to stay though and I'd stay here again.

Very friendly staffs, great location, close to beach and parks, museums. Hotels smelled very musty throughout. Especially the hallways. Furniture, decor and room old, need renovation . Bedroom bed was good but Murphy bed was very used, dirty ,not sleep worthy.

The Resort was located perfectly a block off Fort Lauderdale beach. The front staff was excellent as were maintenance and cleaning staff. The property would have gotten all 5 stars but some areas of the building could use a bit of updating. Understandably so due to most units are individually owned time shares.

Cleanliness should be improved. The same piece of toilet paper, piece of string and an empty monster can sat in the middle of the hall way was the entire time of our stay. Hall and room have old stale rotten food smell all the time. Ironically the trash room smells better than the hall. We had no hot water. All showers were Luke warm at best and drain backed up all the time in the bath tub.
