There are no plugs by the bed. We had to use an extension cord to plug in cpap. They have free airport shuttle but they don’t answer the phone when you call. I tried three times and then took an uber. Not impressed with this hotel at all, especially for the price. There is a hole in the chair. Blinds in some of our peoples room don’t work. I would highly recommend you don’t stay here. It’s pricey and not good.

I waited an hour and a half for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Poor communication and the wait of course was way too long. The other two people on the shuttle canceled a reservation they had for this hotel in March because of this. I could not take the shuttle to the airport the next morning because I could not count on it being on time. I will avoid this hotel in the future because of this. Also, the water in the shower was not hot. There is something wrong with the handle. The water in the sink was very hot so the water was ok, it is the shower handle that has the problem Also the shower head will not stay in position on the wall. These are maintenance issues that can be easily addressed, but the person responsible has not trained staff well. Very poor. Also, one elevator does not work. No excuse for this. Person at desk is nice though. Also, extreme traffic noise in the room on the side where I stayed. Overall a very disappointing stay. Also, horribly overpriced food in the vending machine in lobby. A complete insult to guests.
