This property is a Home Away From Home. It’s a 1410 sq. ft. 2 BDR 2 1/2 BR townhouse in a quiet gated community. But only ONE room is currently available at this time for rent, which has it’s own private bathroom and private balcony, it also has a small refrigerator inside the room. You get free parking for only one car, It’s located 4 minutes from City Hall, Restaurants and Publix Supermarket, 10-15 minutes to 3 shopping malls including Sawgrass Mall, 20 minutes drive from Ft. Lauderdale Airport and 15-20 mins drive to the beach. This property is ideal for someone who is looking for an inexpensive place to stay, yet offering comfort. It’s also available for long term rental.
(PLEASE NOTE:) I currently live on the property with my Cat Tommy who is a very sweet and friendly Cat)

The pictures aren't completely accurate

When I first started chatting with Michelle, I was excited to head to her place. Turns out a lot of her description omits details. The room is upstairs, and she doesn't make you feel comfortable to use the rest of the house(plus there is a cat that she never mentioned to me). There is a balcony, but it was wet the whole time- even with no rain. The pool is about a block away and looks nothing like that picture. It doesn't have any furniture unless Michelle calls maintenace to put them out, so we didn't have any chairs or towels the first day. We didn't have any issues, but there are people walking around the complex all night. Also, her Wi-Fi and cable don't work, so it was hard to do anything at night. They were also doing construction and paving the roads while we were here, and she never gave us the heads up until the morning we were flying down. If you're happy being trapped in your room and doing nothing, then it's not bad- but if you're trying to enjoy your time, Michelle probably isn't the right person or place
