Their bathtub as to be upgraded, it’s as black stain like they put something in it and ripped it off and the black satin left behind, the other view is they were no iron board in the room. The bed has to change and be upgraded, bedsides that it was a good stay

Good parking and location. Hair was in my bed, on my pillows, and on the floor. Maybe they didn’t clean it well. Doors were slamming throughout the night in the hallway. The big bummer was that the room didn’t have any hot water, so the showers were freezing. There’s also another La Quinta Inn that is across the street which might make checking in slightly confusing.

The hotel needs some serious renovations, carpet needs to be replaced ASAP with wooden floors. The bed mattresses removed and put better more firm mattresses. Upgrade the microwave, tv, you make alot of money for those people who stay in your hotels, and you can't upgrade all the appliances and bedding. The elevator needs to be maintenance ASAP the last inspection is out of date and not done legally by state/city inspector. If you don't care about the business and or the people's comforts then you need to be reported to the BBB office for lack of attention to detail of a business, especially a hotel business with many people coming and going through the hotel.

I was in room 115 it was a handicap room that I did not request the shower was dirty the light in the bathroom didn't work I had to replace the light from the one in the bedroom it was just an overall mess wouldn't stay here again

The room was nice an cozy. There were two TVs which was great as my kids occupied one, while my husband and I occupied the other. The bathroom was outdated though. Overall, this room was great for the cost.
