There is parking in the back if the front spots are taken. Also there could pitentially he a case of bed bugs in unit 10 as my wife was getting more and more bites that were very consistent of bed bugs. Definitely something to think about. Itherwise it was spacious and in an amazing location. Was a good place for the value and location.

There was an exterior gate that I was not given the code for. The property did not look at all Like the pictures on line. The AC was so loud that I unplugged it! The mattress was so old that there was a dip on both sides. I slept in the middle

This was a great location if you are going to Fort Lauderdale to party. It is next to the water which is awesome! The unit itself was nice too a lot more spacious than the pics make it look. Overall we would absolutely go back!

Everything was good, but parking could've been better. There is onsite parking in the front and back of the property but they fill up quick so there were two nights I had to pay for street parking, which I was not happy about and quite expensive. I wish there would be reimbursement for this. The room was good, clean and had all your basic amenities. I did like the location of the property though, as it's lively and right next to the Riverwalk.

The room was ok, you can tell the use over years. The front door knob\handle has a manual lock that was broken. Anyone that knew the code to the deadbolt could access the room without any way to stop them. Handle on the shower door is about to fall off. Most issues with Lowkl support, absolutely horrendous. Expedia had my travel dates correct, but Lowkl had different dates. Should have been an easy change, but after three days no changes could be made. Expedia had to book me one night somewhere else. The next day for check in at Riverbend, I texted Lowkl support asking for check in information and this is the text I got back. "We already sent you the checking details like 20 hours ago. Let us send you the info again." Unprofessional, Expedia should never do business with this property.
