Welcome to your home away from home! Our beautifully renovated, first-floor condo features 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a fantastic day at the beach. The spacious bedroom offers 2 double beds (with linens included) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. For added convenience, there's a second bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo.

The inviting living room, complete with a queen sleeper sofa and casual tropical furnishings, provides a cozy atmosphere for your beach getaway. Enjoy ocean views from the sliding glass door that leads to your own private patio.

The updated galley kitchen is fully equipped with all the dining ware, pots, pans, and utensils you need, plus a coffee maker, toaster, and microwave alongside a full-sized refrigerator and stove/oven. You'll find games, puzzles, beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, and a cooler in the hall closet to enhance your stay. Wi-Fi and cable TV are included with TVs in both the bedroom and living room. Come make lasting memories in your beachside retreat!

Cats and small dogs (under 25lbs) are welcome with owner approval (additional pet deposit will apply)

The Ocean Club has a fabulous private, heated swimming pool overlooking the beach, just steps away from your patio. There are plenty of lounge chairs perfect for soaking up some Vitamin Sea. There is also a BBQ area with a picnic table on the lawn for cooking out that is available for all guests of The Ocean Club to use.

There is a coin-operated laundry room for all Ocean Club guests located on the 2nd floor.

The parking lot is private and gated (accessible by remote) so you won’t have to worry about parking during your stay.

Great location by the beach.

Social distance at home in the snow, or social distance at this great first floor condo at the beach. Easy choice! We liked that we could enter the condo without having to walk through an indoor hallway to get to it....and that we could go right out the sliding door to enjoy the sun in the lounge chairs or pool. Beach chairs, towels and umbrella were provided. You only get one trashcan liner for the kitchen for your stay, so that was a bit inconvenient for a 7 night stay. We even called to get more and they said we only get the one. The wifi wasn't very consistent - so if you are looking for a place to work from this might not be the best place... unless they replace the old wifi router with a better one. If coming back to this area, I would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Holiday vacation at Deerefield! Since we discovered the condo online, we weren't sure if it would be what we hoped it would be...but it was and MORE! A True Find!

Perfect beach access and walking distance to some really fine restaurants and shops. Well equipped condo and one of the BEST vacation rentals we've ever booked. Jean, the Property Manager, was over-the-top helpful and the gated parking lot gave that extra sense of security. We will keep Deerfield Beach property in mind when booking our next Florida get away! Perfect location!

We had a wonderful five days at this property. The location was perfect with the pool just outside the door and the beach across the street. I love that we were provided with four beach chairs, an umbrella and two pool noodles. We didn't need the sand toys, but there were plenty! The furniture was comfortable, the wifi worked well, and the air conditioning kept us cool. The unit was very clean and included plenty of thick bath towels and several beach towels. I would have appreciated a few dishcloths (there were plenty of dish towels) as well as a supply of kitchen trash bags. One of the toilets did not flush well, due to a lack of gravity on the first floor we were told. We exclusively used the other, but not a big deal. This condo was perfect for us as a couple but would also accommodate a family. I would definitely stay here again!
