Balcony very dirty with bird poop that never gets clean.ice machine broken .had to bed for clean towels and when asked fir towels only hit one.no remote fir tv in room.exited 30 minutes to get one.. we were nit allowed to use the handicap spot. We were forced to use valet. They parked a car there that was not handicapped

Old school

The place was well kept and had all the amenities you’d want. The only nuisance was you had to use a personal 7 digit code to get in the hotel at night, use the elevator, and get in your room. Call me old school, but I prefer the card over 7 digits. Especially after a long day.

We had a great stay at The Circ. Easy check in and out. Staff was very nice always had a good morning! Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The only thing that wasn’t great was the parking. There is a huge garage right next door but, can’t park in it. They have valet at $30 a day. Which added up quickly.

The elevator was a bit stressful. You van easily get stuck between floors or have to go back to lobby if your code was not read correctly by the elevator. The Olivia restaurant attached to the building was extremely rude. The restaurant was empty, understandably if they were treated as we were. She was very condescending and arrogant. The Lady at the front desk was sweet and very friendly when we got there and when we left. Clean and very comfortable. Not crazy about the shower head in the bathroom. It was a full rain shower head, to good when you don’t want to get your hair wet with no shower caps, almost immediately to NOT get your hair wet under the rain shower head. All and all we would definitely stay there again (I’ll be sure to bring a shower cap though). We found many other restaurants that were welcoming and a full grocery store below was very convenient too for extras for the room, as there was no water for the coffee etc. the vending machines in the lobby did not work.
