Decided to stay here for my 40th birthday and I must say, I am very pleased with everything. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Evelyn at guest services was amazing! Andy at the bar was also a gem. Oh and let’s not forget Beatrice who was such a sweetheart. The room is very nice and my view was ABSOLUTELY stunning! The only thing I have left to say is Thank you to the staff and I will be returning.

I’m already incredibly disappointed. I specifically booked an ocean view room through Expedia, and the photos clearly showed a beautiful view of the water. But when I got to my room — surprise — no ocean in sight. The view is completely obstructed, and definitely not what was advertised. I immediately spoke with the front desk, expecting a simple room change or at least some acknowledgment of the issue. Instead, I was met with zero action and no effort to fix the problem. No apology, no help, just a brush-off. This is not the experience I expected at all. Starting my stay feeling frustrated and misled is not how a vacation should begin. If you’re booking here for the view — don’t trust the photos. What you see online is clearly not what you get.
