The location is amazing! Quiet at night but still close to everything. The rooms are very nice and clean. Every staff member was more than just pleasant. Overall, we had an amazing stay and are already talking about going back!

The hotel layout is nice, and I appreciated the professional appearance of the front desk staff. However, the lobby had an overpowering scented odor that was unpleasant. We requested coffee for the room, but it never arrived. On the positive side, we were given a complimentary upgrade to an ocean-view room, which was beautiful and much appreciated. That said, at check-in, we were told the room would cost nearly double the price we saw online and were instructed to leave, book through Expedia, and return 15 minutes later. Hotel staff should be able to match online prices when guests show up in person. We specifically chose this hotel to book on arrival and were forced into an unnecessary and frustrating external booking process. Do better.
