Spanish 5 Bedroom Pool House Minutes to the Beach

- The maximum number of guests is 8. No unregistered guests can be at the property (inside or outside) at any time.

The house is very spacious and has a great outdoor space. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail by the heated pool. Perfect location for friends and families. Spend some quality time in a residential neighborhood located a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk from the beach. Street parking available in front of the property.

- Large living room open to the dining room with 60" TV equipped with Apple TV and cable
- Large open and fully stocked kitchen overlooking the pool
- Dining room overlooking the backyard
- Master bedroom with walk-in closet, king bed and 50" smart TV
- Bedroom 2 - queen bed and 42" smart TV
- Bedroom 3 - queen bed and 32" smart TV
- Bedroom 4 - two twin beds - this room is separated from the living room with sliding glass doors.
- Upstairs bathroom with walk-in shower, large tub, double vanity and makeup station
- Downstairs bathroom with shower-tub combo
- Large backyard with heated pool, plenty of lounging areas, a dining table and a BBQ
- Laundry room - is accessed by the yard
- In law suite with 1 bedroom (queen bed), 1 bathroom (shower), living room and kitchen (5th bedroom)
