The quality of the apartment was very good, clean, modern, fully fitted with all amenities in the kitchen, all sheets, blankets, pillows, towels provided even washing up liquid, kitchen towels in the kitchen and all handwash, shampoo, conditioners, body wash, toilet roll in bathroom. We have stayed here 4 times before. Check-in is often disorganized with giving you wrong room, wrong code, etc. Yesterday was even worse. No staff member on site, they attempt to do everything online, After 3 calls to their after hours number, The had technical problems that left us in the rain with no way to open the room we had already paid for. Technology is great when it works, however have a back up plan to physically open a door.
