One of the most unique features of this unit is its spectacular dual views—guests can enjoy peaceful sunrises over Estero Bay and breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico right from the private lanai. You may even catch dolphins passing by in the water, making mornings and evenings unforgettable.

The condo is fully furnished and thoughtfully stocked with starter supplies such as paper products, basic toiletries, and cleaning essentials to make settling in easy and comfortable. The bedroom features a king-size bed, and the living room includes a queen-size sofa sleeper, making it ideal for couples or small families. For entertainment, the unit has two flat-screen TVs, including a 40” Smart HDTV with access to premium streaming platforms such as Netflix and YouTube.

Guests have access to a heated pool, four outdoor grills, and a private white-sand beach perfect for relaxing, fishing, or enjoying the peaceful coastal atmosphere. Laundry facilities are conveniently located downstairs and accept credit card payments. Lover's Key Paradise

We stayed here for a week, so awesome! The weather was a little warm but I can't say enough about this condo. Perfect location, private quiet beach, including chairs and tiki umbrellas. Very romantic. We walked under the bridge to Lovers Key State Park every day. We also watched the Dolphins play right from our patio! Safe gated community. Condo #1104 is recently updated, beautifully decorated along with a fantastic kitchen with everything needed! It also has great grills to cook up fresh fish or steaks to eat at the outside dining area. We can't wait to go back. My wife still talks about this paradise and wants to go back as soon as we can. Best vacation ever!

Perfect unit with perfect view.

Nicely remodeled high unit with great views. We liked the location in the building specifically wanting to be up high, see more of the inter waters vs. the outlet to the gulf, bridge and road. Perfect for us. Dolphins playing just below us every day, sunrise and sunset from our unit (this time of year) were treats. Biked, kayaked and explored every day. Perfect Birthday Vacation.

Good but some issues...

The king size mattress was uncomfortable due to one side being very very soft and sheets would not stay on properly. And the TV Xfinity in bedroom did not work. Otherwise very satisfied with this condo & it’s decorated very beachy! Speaking of beach, very clean & private!! Flippers restaurant is very good & in walking distance from LKBC.
