Estero Island Beach Villas is a tropical beachfront vacation destination in paradise located at the quiet northern end of Estero Island. This corner two-bedroom, two-bath first floor above ground level, gulf-front condo is a short 15-20 minute walk to Times Square and the many boutiques, restaurants and night life at this end of the island, including the new Margaritaville Resort. Guests at this resort have access to their own on-site pool and patio with BBQ grills, tables and chairs, all surrounded by a privacy fence. Close proximity to the Matanzas Bridge offers easier ingress and egress, making Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport all within a 20-40 minute drive. Off street covered and open self parking is included with your stay. Bellman's trolley and carts are available to ease your arrival. Condo amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, complimentary WiFi, linens, towels and private laundry. Pool was resurfaced in August 2025.

Entry is via elevator to the first floor and into the entry foyer and open plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There is wood flooring throughout. The kitchen is a chef's delight and has everything necessary to prepare full course meals, or just toast and coffee in the morning. You only need to bring the food! There is an architectural tray ceiling and plenty of cabinets and granite counterspace, along with a stainless-steel sink with disposal. Stainless-steel appliances include a dishwasher, 5-burner glass-top range with self-cleaning and convection oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker. There is also a granite-top island with cabinet and drawer space on the kitchen side. Next to the kitchen behind sliding doors is a stacked washer and dryer. The adjacent dining area has a rectangular table seating six. This flows into the living area which is nicely furnished with a sofa, end tables and lamps, two upholstered side chairs and coffee table on an area rug. Opposite the sitting area is a credenza above which is a wall-mounted large flat screen TV. Expansive sliding glass doors then provide access to the screened-in and furnished corner balcony just a stone's throw from the waves of the Gulf of Mexico, and a view of Sanibel Island to the west and the Gulf towards the south and east. The view from the dining, living and balcony areas also overlook the beautiful resort pool next door. All windows and sliding glass doors have plantation shutters.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, night stands and lamps on an area rug, a 3-drawer chest above which is a wall-mounted large flat screen TV and the closet has mirrored doors. In addition sliding glass doors provide access out to a private balcony on the front of the resort overlooking the Bay. The en suite bathroom has a granite-top vanity with lavatory, wall mirror and storage space beneath. Through a pocket sliding door is the commode and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with hand rails and glass doors. The guest bedroom has two full-size beds with night stand and lamp, ample closet space, and an 8-drawer tall dresser with wall-mounted large flat screen TV above. The window in this bedroom overlooks the front of the resort and the back bay beyond. The guest bathroom can be accessed from either the guest bedroom or the hallway, and has a granite-top vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, wall mirror, commode and nicely tiled combination tub/shower.
