Bay View Tower 734: Lomakohteissamme on uusia laitteita, kuten ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettu jääkaappi ja uuni, päivitetyt keittiö- ja kylpyhuonekaapit sekä iso taulu-HD-TV olohuoneessa. Laatta keittiössä ja olohuoneessa. Avoin ja tilava; kevyt ja kirkas koko päivän. Suuri ruokapöytä ja baarijakkara-alue. Uudempi matto makuuhuoneissa. Tältä Sanibelin sataman huoneistohotellilta, joka on Persianlahden rannalla, on upeat näkymät turvatarkistetulle parvekkeelle ja makuuhuoneeseen. King-sänky isännässä, kuningatar vierashuoneessa.

Great location

I’m kind of a “clean freak”, and this condo did not disappoint. That was my number one requirement. The view was perfect. The location was great because we had the choice of driving to Ft. Myers Beach or Sanibel and Captiva. We had a medical emergency, and the Sales Office and the Resort Property personnel couldn’t have been more helpful. This is my new getaway place.

Great family vacation

We were in the ocean every day and even saw wild dolphins in the bay several days. The private beach was literally just steps away from the bottom of the tower, and the condo pool was wonderful as well. The kitchen had everything we needed, and Publix (less than 10 minute drive) provided us with everything we needed for breakfast, lunch, and more. For dinners, we gravitated towards the walkable restaurants on-site at the adjacent Marriott Resort and also took the dinner cruise from the Marriott one night (highly recommend this - a highlight of the trip). The condo is directly at the launch of the Sanibel Causeway, and we enjoyed two days exploring Sanibel.

Great family vacation

We loved our stay. It was perfect for my wife, me, and our three small children. Having the full kitchen and Publix within driving distance made us feel right at home. We had breakfast and lunch in the unit most days and gravitated towards the restaurants at the Marriott (walkable on property) for dinner. Highly recommend the Sunset Dinner Cruise at the Marriott. The private beach was just steps away from our tower, and the condo pool facilities were great. There are nicer beaches in the area for shelling and swimming, but the waters were calm and proximity to the unit can’t be beat. We saw dolphins swimming in the bay most days 1-3 hours after sunrise. Really, really enjoyed our stay.

Beach subpar

The beach portrayed in the photos looked pristine but in actuality it was covered in seaweed. Not welcoming at all. On Fri when we departed they were combing the beach most likely because there was a storm overnight Thurs. I would not stay here again because the it lacked an enjoyable beach. This was a big negative for us. Also on two occasions individuals were smoking within the pool area. Needs more oversight for sure.

Gorgeous views near Sanibel

Perfect size for the 2 of us but could add another couple. Lots of things to do if you can beat the traffic over the Bridge to Sanibel.

Perfect getaway!

Our little family of three found everything we wanted and more in this property! The lanai was perfect especially on the rainy days we had! We spent most of our days going between the beach and the pool which was only a few feet away from each other! We saw dolphins one day and a manatee the other! We loved being able to have groceries and cook a lot of our meals. We visited Sanibel island which was just around the corner. Our only complaint was the lack of variety of restaurants. Most restaurants were in ft. Lauderdale which was about 25 min from us. We would love to come stay here again!

Wonderful location; clean, spacious unit, beautiful views

We loved this unit! It's clean, spacious, has beautiful views, and we loved being there. My only complaint is that it's advertised as sleeping 6. When I asked in a private message if the couch was a sleeper-sofa I was told yes. When we arrived, we realized that the couch was not, in fact, a sleeper sofa. We were supposed to use the blow-up mattresses in the closet for extra beds, which we did not want to do. When I called to complain, they did provide two cots, which solved our problem. I do think that they should advertise as sleeping 4, and then state that there are some blow up mattresses in the closet. That being said, we loved the location and the unit. The screened-in porch is lovely. We kept the doors open all the time. We would definitely return to this location in the future! We enjoyed the pools and the beach. My son was particularly happy that there was some fishing gear in the closet. He loves to fish! Unfortunately, he didn't catch anything, which was disappointing. It was too bad that the fishing pier was closed. In addition, we enjoyed eating at the Bimini Bait Shack restaurant. Very cool place!

Seven heaven!

We really enjoyed our stay! Large and very comfortable. Convenient to so many things. The 7th floor was great for watching the dolphins. Everything was very COVID safe. Also great to have a small beach with having room to spread out. Thanks for everything!

Excellent waterfront location! Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed the excellent water view from the balcony, the living room and master bedroom! From the balcony, we saw dolphins almost daily and we watched some amazing sunsets. The proximity to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants is very good . We enjoyed being close to the beaches of Sanibel and Captiva islands. (There is a $6 toll for passenger cars to cross the bridge to these locations.). The private beach in front of the condo is great for sitting waterside. (It is short and not a beach for long walks.) While we highly recommend this condo for the many reasons mentioned, there are just two things to note: 1) the internet connection is slow, and 2) the area rug in the living room should be cleaned or replaced. (We reported both of these areas items to management.)

Condo with a view!

The view couldn’t be any better! Dolphin sightings every day and beautiful sunsets every night. Having a pool and private beach was perfect.
