I loved that the beach chair service was included! The location was good. We didnt like the bed. It creaked with every movement and mattress was bad for our backs!! Also the floors were very dirty!

We loved that the beach was so close to the condo. Just a few steps and our toes were in the sand. We were on the first floor by the swimming pool which was great for the kids. Condo was clean and comfy. No issues at all.

We were right by the pool on the lower floor. It was so nice to sit by pool and walk right out to beach. The floors of condo were very dirty, feet black after walking on them. Only towels, sheets, one roll TP and paper towel and a few dishes. No spices, hair dryer, beach towels or extras.

We were notified shortly before our trip that we would be relocated to another facility due to construction of some sort at Island Echos. When we arrived we were moved to the Pelican Isle facility down the street which was nice but we saw no evidence of construction from the outside of the Island Echos during our stay.
