Beautifully decorated in a beachy decor. wall added for privacy to separate living room from the bedroom. Ground floor unit only steps from the pool (heated in the winter) Comfortable and cozy. Aproximately 13 miles of beautiful undeveloped beach next to the complex. We are the last condos on Santa Rosa Blvd. Security gate entrance, 2 pools, tennis courts, hot tub and workout room (all located a few steps from the the unit) Snow birds have plenty to keep them busy with Monday night at the movies, weekly bridge, bingo, and aerobics three times a week. The complex also has a banquet room for your special event. Located only two mile from the conference center and the Gulfarium. Beautifully styled with a Spanish look. Large grounds with plenty on palm trees for your evening walk.
