TÀmÀ kahden makuuhuoneen / kahden kylpyhuoneen huoneisto sijaitsee Emerald Isle Condominiumsin ylimmÀssÀ kerroksessa. Emerald Isle istuu suoraan lahden alueella ilman teitÀ ylitettÀvÀksi nauttiakseen rannasta. Ota vain hissimatka toiseen kerrokseen ja kÀvele lahden puoleisen uima-altaan ohi.

TÀmÀ huoneisto tarjoaa ilmiömÀisiÀ nÀkymiÀ yksikön molemmilta puolilta. Astuessasi omalle parvekkeellesi Meksikonlahtea kohti, voit nauttia panoraamanÀkymistÀ valkoisiin hiekkarantoihin ja smaragdinvÀriseen veteen. KeittiöstÀ on nÀkymÀt lahdelle ja Waltonin keskustaan.

Weekend getaway.

Such a nice, cute condo in a perfect location! Right on the beach. Never stayed in Okaloosa Island but I loved how lowkey and not super busy it was, while still being so close to all the action! Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Condo on the Beach

This really is the perfect place for our family of 4. Clean, spacious, comfy, with a great view and easy walk to the beach. Close to restaurants, but on a fairly quiet street. We absolutely loved our stay here!

Great vacation spot!

The condo looked just like the pictures. Very nicely decorated. You could see the view of the bay from the front door and the balcony was the beach view!! The bathrooms were very nice. The only thing that could have been better was the water pressure in the showers. But overall this place was great! Owner was very informative and responsive.

Great Location

This is our 2nd time staying here and we still loved it! The location is great and we love that it includes the beach chairs and umbrella. The ONLY thing we would have to say we preferred last year over this year, and it’s really not a “negative” but last year our favorite part of the trip was sitting outside on the patio to drink coffee and eat breakfast, but this year the furniture outside was different and with only the 3 sitting options our lone 4th didn’t have a place to sit. Other than this great place to stay and we hope to be back!

This was a very nice, clean, condo. Pool was nice and the beach was right there. Beach service was an awesome addition. Parking was a little tight, but that was the only downfall I saw. I would stay here again.

Family vacation 2023

We have stayed in the same condo the past 7 years in Destin but due to the owner selling it we had to find a new place this year and decided to stay in the Fort Walton area this time. The condo was beautiful and the owner was great with communication. Loved that the beach wasn’t as crowded in this area. We had a great trip making memories and look forward to next year!

Paradise

This was the absolute most beautiful place. The condo was exactly as the pictures showed. It has lots of room for all of us...very nicely decorated. The master shower was gorgeous!! I loved the different views..the front door has a screendoor which we left the actual door open and you could see the view of the bay. The balcony was the beach view!! It was stunning. The area was very low key which was perfect for us. We will most definitely be back!!

Great Property Newly Renovated

We had a great stay. Condo is clean, and nice. Newly Renovated. We had to contact the Management 2 times got answers right away which was great! 1st time we couldn’t find towels. There were only 7 towels.

Peaceful location, updated and clean

Layout and decor is great. Appliances are new. Management is responsive should you need them. WiFi and TVs work well. Meaning if the weather doesn’t cooperate (it was chilly during our stay) your indoor activities will not be hindered, like watching March Madness and streaming on your devices. Quiet area with beach view away from touristy Destin. Instacart and Grubhub friendly.
