Weekend getaway

Nice, comfortable room. Hotel was pretty quiet and a place I would stay again. Lots of restaurants options around the area. My only complaint was the hot tub by the pool isn’t in service. There was a couple that was really bothered by this that I felt bad for. People work hard and it would’ve been nice for them to have known that the hot tub wasn’t in service prior to booking. Overall it was a nice stay & I do recommend this hotel. Very reasonably priced as well.

1 - Dog friendly 2- hot tub not working and probably not working for a while 3 - did not have yogurt every morning, which is all I wanted for breakfast 4 - tired looking and feeling 5 - my non-smoking room often smelled like smoke due to the way the ventilation worked 6- did not clean parking lot of snow and ice 7-good location for the I-69, 30 min from Fort Wayne 8-multiple fast food restaurants walking/driving distance 9-walking distance to both Walmart and Aldi 10-workout area is a repurposed closet 11- bed was comfortable 12- could open window

Overall we had a nice stay .. we stayed 2 nights for a tournament that was hosted nearby in fort wayne .. the rooms could use some updates .. but overall its clean .. was disappointed to find out at check in that the pool and hot tub were under maintenance, which was one of the main reasons we had chosen to stay at this location .. But i guess ill learn to call ahead and ask if things are working before booking next time! Breakfast was also a nice touch!

Cold drive for no hot tub!

I went there because it was closest hotel with a hot tub. When i got there in the freezing icy road conditions, I asked where it was. Manager said it was not working and gave me a jacuzzi room, which was okay, but room wasn't as clean as it should have been. Not enough of an upgrade as I hoped. Staff was nice. Breakfast? Meh.

Not well maintained. Minimum attention to detail. Non-smoking room had smoke smell in the bathroom. Check in staff was just hanging out in the office and not up front and welcoming. Had to ring a phone to get the attention. Priced well but not impressed.

Unfortunately we did not have the best experience. We looked into a room due to having water issues at home, we were still unable to have a decent shower due to barely having luke warm water. We even tried at different times to check if it got any better, never got any "hot" water. We weren't notified the pool/hot tub area wasnt available, that was another reason we chose this hotel. Also, just no breakfast variety. Staff was friendly but unlikey to choose here for a stay in the future.

Broken hot tub.

We booked the room because the facility had a pool and hot tub. When we arrived, we went down to the pool area (which was freezing), and started to get into the hot tub. It was ice cold. We asked the desk what was up with the hot tub, and they said the heater wasn’t working. They should have told us that when we booked the room.

We have stayed at this location multiple times and will not be returning. Each time the pool and hot tub were freezing cold with no working jets. They offer free breakfast but ran out of coffee for 2 mornings. Staff lack customer service skills, needs improvement and is barely present at front desk.

Overall stay was great. Check-in process was odd. I had preregistered but was asked to fill out same information and even put card on file which was already done during preregistration. I think it was a training issue. Highly recommend staying here.

Upon checking in nobody was at the front desk. Rang the bell for service and a several minutes a lady appeared. She was dressed in street clothing with nothing to indicate she was an employee, not even a name tag. Pool and hot tub not working at time of visit and it was the only reason I chose this hotel to begin with. Was told because I booked using Expedia nothing can be done for me. I did the “express” check in prior to my arrival. Save your time and just don’t do it because I still had to provide my ID and credit card plus fill out vehicle information when I had already done prior to my arrival including sending in a photo of my ID. My room was on the 3rd floor and upon coming out of the elevator the entire hallway was full of dirty linen and towels on the floor outside all the doors. This was at 3pm, left my room again at 630pm and was still in the hallway on the floor. Room was dirty still, floors dirty, food on lamp shade. Garbage under sink cabinet in bathroom so clearly not swept or clean and toilet paper was in trash in bath still. Bed was clean so that was a plus and no evidence of bed bugs seen. I booked this stay for leisure, wanted a little getaway since I had a 3 day weekend. Super disappointed with my stay and the amount of money I spent for amenities that were not available.

I specifically picked this location for the pool. At my check in the front desk informs me the pool is open to be used but their heater isn’t working so it’s cold. That would have been a nice thing to know prior to booking this stay. I proceeded to go into the pool area and just as she said it was freezing in there. No one was trying to do a polar plunge just enjoy a stay at this facility. I would like to be contact by management due to this inconvenience.

Awesome sauce service

This place was great ~ Jessica on third shift was super accommodating... I had a long night ahead of me and their hot tub heating element had gone out ~ she was able to get me jacuzzi suite for the same price as my deluxe! First shift Miss was awesome as well brewing a fresh pot of coffee and finding us some sweetener because all that was out was regular sugar (and my husband is diabetic). Highly recommend!

Overall place and room was good. What I didn’t like is I chose this motel because they advertised having hot tub. Went to use water cold went to report to front desk guy said he would check I stayed 2 nights and this was never resolved or did they care
