This property is under renovation & it needs to be. I’m sure 6m from now it will be great. The rooms are clean, beds are comfy, & the water pressure is fantastic. Oddly enough though, when we checked in the water wouldn’t turn on. It was resolved fairly quickly, but was pretty frustrating. The carpets in the hallway are coming up - but they are actively updating the hotel. On the downside, that means the hammers, saws, & drills start up by 9am. So for us, arriving at 2am, not being able to hop in & take showers on arrival & then not being able to sleep in any, it just wasn’t the best experience.

There were shipping containers all around the building. Not as nice as it was 5 years ago. Property went down A LOT! Tub had trouble draining, hallway carpet lumpy and frayed. First room air conditioner was not working so had to change rooms. Years ago awesome, now meh!!!!!

I never saw any information on Orbitz that this property was under renovation. Actually, it is so bad it should not be offered to people. The curtains are falling apart, the carpet is coming out. In summary, if I would know it was under renovation, I would not made a reservation with them. Won't see me again

We paid $200 for one night for a room where less than half of the outlets worked, as well as the tv only had 7 - yes 7 working channels. This was brought to the attention of the lady working the front desk, and she couldn't have cared less, she barely even glanced up from her computer....we will not be staying in or recommending a Hyatt hotel anytime soon.

We had a 3 day stay. It took hot water 10 min to come on. There was construction going on which was not disclosed to us, the carpet was disgustingly dirty, we had to ask for room service to get daily clean towels. Only had 5 TV network to chose from all news no entertainment. Mini fridge broke 2nd day in ruining our food. Front desk staff was not courteous or friendly.

Dirty Musky Tiny

From the faulty thermostat to the funky smell and the leak in bathroom ceiling to the tiny beds with hospital bedding that were suppose to be queen size. It was a terrible stay. We might as well have stayed at Days Inn for half the price. I guess I expected better. The bathroom as barely big enough to turn around in. I had to tell the boys to turn their heads so I could get dressed in the room. Will never stay here again. :( Not even for the lovely view of the storage containers and Walmart in the distance.
