The bathroom mirror was the only light in the bathroom. It was a rectangular mirror with a glow strip in it that was set to a perpetually dim. The screen button was broken. Impossible to put on makeup or even safely get into shower! Desk staff could ask someone to fix it in the morning or change our room, but could not guarantee the mirror light would work in a new room. She didn’t seem interested in solving our problem. Also both entry and bathroom doors made loud grating noises when opening or closing.

We picked this hotel as it had pool. Other option at the same price range didn’t have pool. However, when we reached we found that the pool was closed. By the look of it, it was clea that it was closed for several weeks; however, the reception told it is closed for the weekend. This lying was a big turn down. In the room, TV did not work. Chair was old and a light was not working. The only positive was that the bed was good and we could sleep peacefully.

In a time where customer service is going away, it was super refreshing to walk in and be greeted by the staff, they were in a happy mood, and super cheerful, Which I appreciate more than anything. The facility was clean, with an open lay out, and trust me after being in a packed bowling alley all day long that openness was so welcoming! Our room was perfect. My son enjoyed the pool, and how cool is it that it's an indoor/outdoor pool. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

I rarely leave reviews, but whoever took the photos for marketing took them from the correct angle and in great lighting. Our TV remote did not work, we got a replacement. This also did not work. So we changed rooms upon their suggestion. Got to the new room, the thermostat was dead. Went and got batteries to replace thermostat. AC then worked great. New room had a light fixture hanging sideways from wall by the bed, crack in shower wall, shower head spraying water out sideways over toilet and floor. Breakfast was cold and potatoes were right at crunchy/undercooked. The staff was very kind and helpful, however the property itself could use much TLC to bring it up to traditional Wyndam standards.

In town for a high school graduation. The hotel was very nice and clean. The only problem was with the floorplan of the hotel. My husband is on oxygen and by the time we walked to our room through the maze of hallway it was difficult for him. They stay itself was good.

Room was nice and bed was comfortable. Service was mediocre. Breakfast was the worst I've had in years at a budget hotel. Next time I visit Ft Wayne, I'll pick a cheaper hotel option if I'm on a budget and get a similar experience, I suspect. I rarely give bad reviews, but man, that was a crappy breakfast.

The pool was listed in the review and it hadn’t worked in some time. When I got to the hotel, they told me it hadn’t worked for over a month. This is the only reason I booked the hotel. The rooms were in disrepair. The breakfast was terrible, dry and cold. Overall, bad experience.
