Welcome to The Duplex Apartment, your perfect home-away-from-home in the heart of Fort William! This stunning 5-bedroom apartment is set over two floors, offering spacious and comfortable accommodations right above the bustling high street.

On the first floor, you will find a cosy double bedroom and a single bedroom, along with two modern bathrooms featuring a shower over bath, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of exploring. The stylish lounge, overlooking the high street, is equipped with a smart TV and comfortable seating for eight, making it an ideal spot for family gatherings or movie nights. The well-equipped kitchen at the back of the apartment boasts a dining table for eight, a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, and ample cutlery and utensils for all your culinary needs.

Ascend to the second floor to find three additional bedrooms – two with luxurious king-size beds and one single room. The apartment is newly decorated, bright, light, and airy, with beautiful artwork adorning the walls, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Please note there are 20 external steps to the building, 24 internal steps to the apartment door, and 12 steps inside the apartment from the first floor to the second floor.

A parking permit is available for one car, with additional metered parking just along the street. The apartment is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the train station, with cafes and bars within easy reach. Please note, due to the presence of the stairs, we only allow infants up to the age of 1 and children over the age of 12 to stay in this apartment.
