The checkin desk is on the 24th floor, it was a bit inconvenient lugging your suitcases up to the 24th floor just to take them all back down to your room. Elevators are slow. Lucky for us, the staff was nice and told us we could use the staff elevator. It helped some

Originally there was mix up on the room we requested through a 3rd party booking company. Being Valentine's Day weekend the hotel was full. The manager, Cole, rectified the situation after the first night and did everything he could to make up for the problem. We like our suite and have enjoyed our stay so far.

They can’t accommodate.

It was chaotic from the moment we stepped into the hotel. Check in is on the 24th floor and they had a broken elevator so only two were working for the first two days of this trip. Wait times to catch an elevator were anywhere from 15-35 minutes. Our room was on the 23rd floor so we often had to take the stairs. The valet wait time was the same as well. I do not recommend this hotel. Their excuse too was that they were sold out so wait times were long. That is a terrible excuse. I stay at sold out hotels all the time and they are able to function efficiently when at capacity.

Everything was great but the Valet price is pretty expensive. Also would be good if the elevators would require a room key to operate. This would add another layer of security.

Great Hotel!

Really great location. Very nice historic hotel that has beautifully restored. Very unique that the lobby and bar is on the top (24th) floor instead of the first.
