All guests are required to complete their check-in through our secure guest portal, which includes identity verification and a mandatory, non-refundable Guest Protection Waiver. The waiver is $25 per night (capped at $150) and provides coverage of up to $400 for accidental damages, giving you peace of mind during your stay.

Our unit is professionally cleaned and fully prepped before every stay. If anything inside the unit doesn't meet your expectations, let us know right away and we'll make it right.
