Located in Fouras, this 100 m² family home offers a peaceful setting just a 2-minute walk from the beach. Enjoy a private, detached villa reserved exclusively for guests, with an enclosed garden—perfect for holidays with family or friends on the Charente coast.



The house has two separate levels for comfort and independence. The lower level, with direct garden access, features three bedrooms: two with double beds (140 cm) and a dormitory with four single beds (two bunk beds), plus a shower room and separate WC. Upstairs, you’ll find a bright living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a master bedroom with en-suite shower and WC.



The villa comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. Each double bed has a duvet (200x200). Please bring your own sheets, pillowcases (60x60), household linen, and towels.



To enhance your stay, three adult bikes are available (depending on previous guests’ use). Water, electricity, gas, and winter heating are included. Minimum stay: 2 nights.
