Helpful and friendly check-in . It was safe,clean, warm,and quiet. We were going to Ice Castle and close by. Hard to review one night in Feb. The new Roku TV’s came in the day we arrived. It’s better than other 60’s motels we’ve stayed at. We don’t spend much time in a room and enjoy the beauty of the area.

I loved the room. The staff was kind, helpful, and friendly. It was clean, easy to find, and a perfect location off 93 in the whites. Almost perfect! This is a hard review because I wish I could give it 10/10, But, I couldn’t sleep due to the thin walls and noisy heating. Our neighbor’s phone was going off all night. We could hear every single sound they made, so conversations in the middle of the night were intrusive. I use earplugs and white noise apps due to being an OIF veteran/light sleeper, too, but the noise was so close it was impossible. Nothing helped. Three 2 hours of sleep nights max definitely interfered with my ability to function and think. So, it was disruptive. Aside from that, though, it’s very clean and cute! I highly recommend if you’re a deep sleeper, you will be very happy! I just had to say something for my fellow light sleepers because the struggle was real.

Lovely stay! The lady who checked us in/out was so friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable room. We will definitely make this place our go-to for the Littleton/Franconia area.

A great stay! The room was clean, and exactly what was needed for an overnight stay. Parking as convenient area is quiet and there are nearby restaurants and dinning option. Very old fashion and simple, no TV. Great stay would book again!!

My room was clean, comfortable, and the water pressure was great in the shower. My room was warm also. I knew ahead of time that there were no ammenities like a television or internet, so I planned accordingly. Janice was lovely and welcoming. I will be staying there again.

My favorite place to stay in the Whites.

My favorite place to stay in the area. Rooms are very clean and in great condition; clearly well maintained. While they don’t have TV and coffee makers in the room (doesn’t bother me) the beds are super comfortable and rooms very spacious.

As others have said, the property is very clean and comfortable, but basic. We were staying over for one night after an evening wedding. It was perfect for our purpose. It is well located for all area attractions. Janice went out of her way to accommodate our earlier arrival and it was much appreciated!
