They just need to work on having someone in the front to help with the bags but overall really good experience and I might think to come back here again. Very clean, extremely friendly staff and an average breakfast.

Fantastic rooms

One of the best hotels I regularly stay at in Europe. Big room, lovely shower, bed and great view. Service in the restaurant and front desk is exceptional.

Easy check-in. Pet fee is 20 EUR and there's some grass area next to the river. Parking is 20 EUR, but you can try to park right across from the hotel entrance. There are only two legal parking spaces, but we parked next to the kebab place after the reception guy told us no one has ever received a ticket for doing so. Roomy and clean. Will come back.
