Great place to stay at the airport especially if you have an early flight the next morning. Clean, quiet, spacious room which appeared to be recently renovated. We added their breakfast buffet and loved the fresh selections. Staff gave us easy to follow directions to get to Terminal 2. (Took us about 10-12 minutes including the short walk and bus ride)

Hotel is in a great location! Perfect access to Frankfurt Airport! Service levels still lack in the bar and restaurant area! The staff always appear to be too busy to help. Check in was fine but the front desk seem reluctant to assist otherwise. Asked for a cork screw; go to the bar….ask to print a boarding pass; go to the business centre in the Sheraton. Since all the desk staff handled enquiries this way ; assume this is the direction given! Could be so much better!

The key benefit of this property it is right in the airport and an easy walk to the terminals. We arrived late at night and departed in the morning for an early flight so we didn’t use any of the amenities available. The staff was friendly at check-in and gave us a coupon for free coffee in the dining area, but it was too late to redeem so we did not get that benefit. Getting to the hotel from the airport roadways was difficult with very little signage. My driver had to go around three times just to find a place where we could get out to get into the hotel.
