Pros:big rooms, luxurious spa, close to Zeil and train
Cons:corridors could be more lightened
Location:shopping, eating out, zoo, river bank, climbing to the chirch tower, parks, Maintower - and everything within walking distance
easy to find, close to train, peaceful hotel, lot of services available

Horrible experience!
Cons:New staff, trained to deal with people not with animals
They destroied our car, an Audi TT new, 1 year old, when parking. The staff, especially the manager were totally unfriendly, they did not even want to give us their insurance company and number. After a scandal which took 2 hours and after we called the police they finally gave us their insurance number. They never appologized for the damage done. Our weekend was ruined! They offered us a drink at the bar! How is it possible that such people work in a 4/5 stars hotel?
Since we are from Switzerland, we still have problems with the insurance company and the communication with the hotel. Not every company is willing to fix our car, since it is a German insurance. Again no appologies from the Hotel until today!
If you want to enjoy your stay in Frankfurt, do not book this hotel!
