This beautiful and spacious townhome is the perfect place for your mountain getaway. Located above the town of Fraser, this mountain modern townhome enjoys open views and a quiet location in its small, upscale complex. Three levels of living space, a modern kitchen, charming mountain decor, and a brand new private hot tub, are just a few of the treats in store when you stay at Mountain Terraces 721!

Make sure to play hard and rest easy in the plush bedrooms with plenty of room to spread out. Come together in the open living space and make sure to check out the sweeping views from the decks! Your next dream vacation home awaits at Mountain Terraces 721.

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite on the main level, Queen Suite on upper level, Second King Suite on upper level, and Full/Full in lower level Bunk Suite. Plus, a new Queen-sized, self-inflating EZ bed. Sleeps up to 10 guests.

Please Note: Quiet hours begin daily at 8pm. Please respect your neighbors, many of which live nearby year-round.

Parking: There is room for two cars in the heated garage, & two in the driveway.

Location: Above the town of Fraser. Approximately 2 miles from Downtown Winter Park shops and dining. 4 miles from Winter Park Ski Resort (on free winter bus shuttle route).

Great location and house!! Trouble communicating with the property though. We tried calling a couple times and have had questions about our deposit since and can’t get anyone to reach out to us.

Very nice stay in Fraser

Very nice home in Fraser. A 2 minute walk to the Purple line bus stop. A 10ish minute drive by car to skier drop off at Winter Park. h Very close to the Safeway. This home was perfect for our stay. Two adult couples and one single adult. It would work well for families with younger children, as one bedroom had a full/twin bunk bed. Very cozy, well-appointed home. Would stay again!

Spacious Haven

Super spacious condo that our group of 3 couples thoroughly enjoyed. Having the hot-tub after a long day on the slopes was sweet! The management co. was also very responsive to our communications through the Vrbo app.A couple of recommendations though:1. Operation of the TV was very complicated and there were no instructions. There were numerous remotes that either had dead/leaking batteries or were for old equipment no longer in use. There was also a stereo hooked up that didn't seem to work. We eventually found the correct remote hidden in a desk drawer.2. The front door combination was incorrect in either the email or condo guide. They should be corrected and both match. Even with the correct combination, the electronic lock was very finicky and we couldn't get it to lock. 3. The online Condo manual should be updated with the above info, including where to catch the shuttle to Winter Park.4. We ran out of hot water after 3 showers were taken.5. Small item - No facial tissues were provided.

Great Mountain Lodge feel!

Great, spacious property that feels like it belongs in the mountains! One item to be aware is that the house is heated through radiant heat in the floors, takes a while to warm up, but feels great over time!
