Disliked: Cleanliness
The cabin was in a perfect location and had everything for a great trip upon first glance however, it was 48 degrees inside when we arrived and with only one heater in the main living space it took so long to warm up. We were unable to get the fire going as the wood left was wet. There was one working space heater which we didn’t want to leave running in the room our baby was sleeping in however, we were forced to as the room would drop temperature within an hour of the door being closed (the sound traveled too easily to sleep with door open and the heater kicking on was loud in main living space). The cleanliness was less than ideal, there was noticeable dust on both bedroom ceiling fans, our sons feet were visibly dirty after crawling on the living room floor when we first got there and there was hair and debris left in the restroom. The sheets did not stay on the bed in the smaller room and socks that did not belong to us were found under one pillow the morning after our first night which was unpleasant. There was a garbage disposal in the kitchen sink however it was broken (no notice) and the sink would fill with water as we did dishes. We did appreciate the kitchen appliances available to us during our stay as well as the location right across from the park.
