"Cheaper Than Therapy" is a charming 1950s German-style twin door, single family home located just 2 short blocks from the heart of downtown Fredericksburg. It is said that two doors were used to provide symmetry and were also a symbol of prosperity. “If your neighbor has one, why shouldn’t you have two?” This great home is walking distance to everything that Main Street has to offer. There are really few locations that compare! Cheaper Than Therapy has been designed with care and thoughtfulness with little touches throughout that will make you feel as comfortable as if you were in your own home. Tastefully decorated, it offers several conversation arrangements out in the back yard – under the gazebo, around the fire pit or on the deck just off the queen bedroom. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook meals or entertain. All new appliances, newly renovated and fully stocked with cookware, dishwasher, glassware, etc. Two full bathrooms including large walk-in showers. All three bedrooms will comfortably sleep two. You can’t beat the location or comfort of this home in Fredericksburg, Texas!

Great little house!! We came for our nephew's wedding, and it was perfect! Loved all the little things that were thought of the vanity in the hall was great for all of us getting ready at once! Loved it was so close to Main Street. Nice and clean as well. very comfy beds. Could not figure out the thermostat but messaged owner and she called me right away to help! Awesome! We will be back.

The house is quaint and located within walking distance to the Main Street which was very convenient. The hosts have made this a lovely place to stay. The beds were super comfortable, with extra blankets tucked in the closet. There were umbrellas hanging by the front door, if needed. It was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

So adorable!! Decorated in perfect Hillcountry style, this 3 bedroom home was perfect for my weekend getaway. Super close to Main Street, this home had everything we needed (except for a keruig, which I highly recommend) and was conveniently located to everything that was on our "to-do" list. I would definitely stay there again, especially in colder months so I could use the fire pit!
