Get away for a few days and enjoy some time in this remodeled studio, just 2 blocks from the heart of it all and wake up, enjoy a cup of coffee from the Keurig coffee maker and go exploring! Afterward, come back and relax in your own private hot tub! Did we mention the location? This studio is in our beloved historic district just steps to all the festivals and festivities Fredericksburg is known for. Professionally cleaned and sanitized after each reservation! The Space:
This historic home has been recently remodeled into 3 studio style suites. to accommodate individuals looking for an affordable place to stay that is within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and festivals. Please note that there are separate suites on the property that might be occupied during your visit.

BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, effective October 14, 2025 at 5:00 PM.: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.
As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!
