Stone Well Haus. | Lemmikkiystävällinen

Tämä täysin kunnostettu saksalainen maalaistalo rakennettiin vuonna 1920 Otto Schneiderille, joka omisti paikallisen päivittäistavarakaupan ja pullotusyhtiön. Kun tulet tähän historialliseen kiinteistöön, huomaat, että se on asianmukaisesti nimeltään Stone Well Haus, koska hyvin sijaitsevat olohuoneessa. Vaikka kaivo oli aiemmin sijainnut takakuistilla, ei ollut harvinaista, että kodeissa olisi sisäilman sementtiä saavat käyttää makeaa vettä. Asiantuntijuudella restauroitu vuonna 2016, kaivo on nyt katettu ja käytetään loppupöydässä ja keskustelukeskittymä suuri avoin käsite elin, ruokailu-ja keittiö-alue. Talo on täydellisesti sisustettu sekoitus modernin kalusteiden ja omistajan perheen antiikkia lukien kangaspuut rakennettu vuonna 1879 ja piirakka turvallinen teidän isännöidä suuri isovanhempi. Makuuhuoneessa on täydellinen perääntyä rautaa king size-vuoteella ja neutraaleilla liinavaatteilla, joissa on oma kylpyhuone. Alkuperäisessä puusta valmistettu portaikko ovat kaksi muuta makuuhuonetta, toinen kylpyamme ja kirjailija nurkka. Toinen King-sviitti on tarpeeksi suuri toisen isäntänä ja yhtä rauhallinen kylpyammeella aivan huoneen ulkopuolella. This property was lovely. Well kept home with history. The location was great and the staff we interacted with was well past accommodating. Our group would gladly stay here again. House was very nice and comfortable. Great location. Cistern access against the back of the house was not secure. It was a concern with daytime visiting grandkids. Half of back yard was Khaki Weed, stickers attached/tracked in by pets.

I have stayed in Fredericksburg 20 times over the last decade and there is a lot of availability as well as competition. This property was completely unprepared for guest. The backyard was in complete disarray. The house was dirty. The furniture was cheap and stained. The couch was gross to sit on You really didnt want to eat there because it was so dirty. It was completely overpriced and has changed the way I look at reviews.

Great location, lovely house!

This is a beautifully renovated house and is very well stocked with all the necessary amenities. We really appreciated all of the dog friendly touches with this property. Location is wonderful and it is pretty easy to walk to the main drag in town. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. There were a few cleanliness issues that could be improved, but I am maybe overly observant about these things and it is fine for most other folks. The management team is very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay at this house!

Girls Weekend

This was the perfect house for our annual family "girls trip" in Fredericksburg. The updates were wonderful, and we were impressed by the very nice downstairs master suite! The open floor plan allowed for easy conversation, and the kitchen, with the large island, was the perfect morning gathering spot! Great location within walking distance of main street. Would definitley recommend staying here! (Only drawback would be the steep stairs to the upper level ... a little tricky when carrying suitcases up ... but we managed without any issues)

Loved this sweet house!

We very much enjoyed our stay here! It was walking distance to Main Street which was great for our kids (14 & 11). The home was very clean and comfortable. It was also decorated for Christmas which I didn’t necessarily expect, but was wonderful. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a home In Fredericksburg.

Stone well house is excellent!

We had a wonderful stay at Stonewell house. It’s a big house with comfortable beds and updated bathrooms. We had our dog, and everything was provided in the house including crates, dog bowls, fenced yard etc. we did forget our poop bags and had to make a trip to HEB for them. A few extra bags in the house would be great, other than that everything was wonderful. Highly recommended!

Very nice, well-equipped home. We really enjoyed a quiet family stay there during the Christmas season. The decorated Christmas tree was nice. Nice gated back yard for our dog. and comfortable patio. Short walking distance to the main shopping and dining district. Thank you for sharing your home.

The Gang High School Reunion

This was a High School Reunion get together. Some of us have not seen each other in 44 years!!!! We had a fantastic time! Stone Well House was even more appealing seeing it in person. We were all enticed by the exterior of the house. Once we got inside we loved all the furnishings! Bedding was great, beds very, very comfortable. The size of the house, very good for us 5. Location good, but somehow I thought we could walk into town, presuming there’d be a sidewalk. Walking in the morning was allright, but a bit more disconcerting at night w/ no sidewalk. Not a big deal, but you might want to let future guests know about this. Also, the many windows were fantastic, but I was uncomfortable walking around at night. Cars driving by can clearly see inside the home. Maybe some curtains are needed? I & my ole high school friends had a fantastic time. (Also loved the indoor well! )

Home away from home!

Visited Fredericksburg for family reunion. Was stressing about finding a place that allowed dogs. Found it at Stonewell home! Home had everything we needed. Good size yard for fur babies and beds were comfortable. Location was great! Close to shops walking distance and H‑E‑B grocery about 5 min away! Will return!

All the comforts of home

We had an awesome stay at this great property. The hose had everything we needed for a great getaway weekend. The house is super dog friendly, which was great for us. Backyard is great for drinking a glass of wine and relaxing.
