Overall this was a great vacation, we really enjoyed the island and hotel. No amenities onsite, except for the beautiful Caribbean Sea just outside our door. This hotel is very historic, and it shows. But if you are looking for a great place to rewind and relax, and can due without the norms of a big chain hotel, this is your place.

Our stay at Cottages By The Sea was absolutely amazing! This quaint little complex is a crown jewel of St. Croix. The staff was very friendly and it is a very calm and relaxing environment with pristine beach access. We stayed in the Crow's nest in which our second level porch overlooking the sea was breathtaking. We will absolutely be coming back!

The property is perfect for a relaxing vacation right next to the water. But the best part was the staff Sande, the manager, is the most welcoming, kind, affectionate, warm and inviting person we have ever met.
