This is my second year in a row staying at Pelican Bay, and once again, it’s five stars across the board. The property is perfectly located—just steps away from great restaurants and shopping. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. Everything is spotless and peaceful, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout the stay. The suites are impressively spacious—larger than many apartments around the world! I highly recommend Pelican Bay if you’re visiting Freeport, Grand Bahama. It’s truly a top-notch choice.

Awesome hotel right next to the village market, I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms they are clean, updated and very large over looking the lagoon. I highly recommend visiting the Greek café in the village next-door for breakfast, lunch and dinner or bones bar downstairs for a quick drink. The front desk staff were amazing and love the free apples such a nice touch.

There were stains on the bed, hidden by the bed skirt. But bed was comfy. There was a foul odor coming from the toilet that then started to come from the shower, maintenance came while we were out to fix it. Restaurant food was delicious. Wish there were microwaves in the rooms.

Rooms are large but the services are terrible. Expect a loong wait in the restaurant - the most chaotic I have ever seen. The breakfast is of awful quality, and whatever there is cannot be found two following days, even little jellys or oatmeal. I will certainly look elsewhere next time

The property is nice stayed there a few years ago. Doors (especially bathroom ) , counter tops and furnitures needs more attention . For the pull out sofa better bedding should be given to guests. The amount of monies spent. Staff all around was excellent. Our stay was great and will return when return to Grand Bahama.

Good Times at the Pelican Bay

The staff was warm and inviting from start to finish. The facilities were well kept and featured great bars and restaurants on-site. Walking distance to fun local attractions. The property was well designed and easy to navigate.
