The stairs lead down to the waterfront area where we have 2 kayaks available. The apartment is a private area that is the lower level of a large home that is not occupied when the apartment is rented so you will have a peaceful and quiet stay!. It is only available select nights when the entire home is not rented (for full house rental, reach out to us). You have to be able to walk down stairs to access the apartment.

Enjoy newly furnished 2 bedrooms (1 x king beds, 2 x twin beds, 1 x queen size air mattress), 1 full bathroom w/duel shower. You have access to the entire property except the upper levels of the home when renting the apartment.

You will have the entire property to yourself since we only rent the apartment when we are not renting the entire home (which you can also find on the platform or inquire with us).

Set on 3.5 acres tucked away in the woods on Harraseeket Cove & South Freeport Harbor, great for kayaking! 5 minutes from LLBean and downtown Freeport's many shops, restaurants, and more! Wolfes Neck Park's stunning coastal trails and forests are close by and Portland's scenic Old Port is 20 minutes! For security we have a minut device and we have 2 outdoor security cameras at the driveway and back door entrance areas.
