The property comfortably accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, making it an ideal choice for small families or couples traveling together.

On the ground floor, the living space includes a welcoming living room with direct access to a 15 m2 terrace, as well as a kitchenette equipped with a full range of appliances. The bathroom on this level features a shower and WC. On the upper floor, the 2 bedrooms are both characterized by attractive sloping ceilings. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length.
