From the 1st day I started living here to the present, Ive had nothing but problems with them. When someone behind the desk asks you "what do you want" which is rude.
   I have requested maid service after 8 days to which I was informed they only change the linens on day 14. Its over 14 days and nobody but me has changed the sheets, vacumned or swept. When I asked for this service theyclaimed they would put me on their list the following day but the room was never cleaned by the hotel.
   On fact when I asked for them, the front desk gave me the wrong size. Im not in the main building where its not so convenient.
  In the room, theres a notice that if you want dishes to call the front desk and they will bring them to you. I called and was told they dont do that anymore.
  They have a pool which is green and not useable. Its closed but nowhere on thw booking info does it me tion the pool being closed.
   I went to the front desk to get another green tag so my car wont be towed and they dont have a record of me having a car. I have personal plates and its all letters but they kept asking me if I was sure that was the license number because it didnt look right.
  I asked if there was an ice machine. No ice machine. There is an ice cube tray in the freezer for you to use. 
  Ive never been at a hotel who didnt have an ice machine. Other ESAs have ice machines...this one doesnt.
