We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites. Maritza was welcoming as we checked in. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast had a large variety and the coffee was great. When we were ready to sleep my husband realized he forgot his earplugs. He is a very light sleeper, so he went to the front desk to see if they had any to purchase. They did not, but Maritza took the initiate to call their sister hotel (Homewood Suites) that shares a parking lot. A few minutes later, an employee came over with a package of earplugs. This was above and beyond, but so appreciated! We will definitely stay there again.

When we checked in we were told breakfast was until 10 am but it was only until 9 am so by time we for there at 8:55 am all warm was done except for waffles. Couple of other customers arrived late and said they were also told breakfast was until 10 am so they got no breakfast because it closed already.

When we got inside our room, the sheets had hair and stains on them, pillow had a very small blood stain. The noises level was very bothering, these walls feel so thin. We can hear everyone outside of our room and our next door neighbors. A lot of pounding on walls early in the morning.

Hands down for the Breakfast here it was very good l, Waffles yum, petty much a mini Buffet will definitely come back. Rooms very clean and comfortable beds if you’re traveling and decide to come this way do it the Hampton’s Way.
