Mobility statement - This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 85cm wide alongside 5 steps. The front door has a width of 115cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 80cm wide. The terrace is tiled and flat, while there are 2 steps leading up to the pool, and the pool itself has ladder access. This can be seen clearly in the images. This is a ground-floor property, where the door leading to the kitchen/lounge is 86cm wide. Both bedroom doors are 70cm wide, whilst the only shower room door is 60cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
