The hotel staff were very friendly, the rooms were nice and spacious; clean as well. My only “complaint” is the pool could’ve been a little cleaner, mind you it was the end of March so not necessarily pool season it just needed a little attention with the debris and leaves. Overall me and my kids enjoyed it! Would stay again.

Had a reservation during a conference there, the check in price was way more than what I reserved it for, and they wanted to charge my card not Expedia. I contacted Expedia to cancel without a cancellation fee and got another hotel near by. They didnt have the advertised room and wanted to charge more for a less room.

Upon arrival from being properly greeted at the front desk, checking in, help from valet with parking, being offered all the services that they provide and given information about things to do and place to eat in the area, the room was lovely, the shower was awesome, and the beautiful view from our balcony, our stay was just amazing! . Even checking out was great. We really enjoyed our stay and was warmly welcomed! We will be staying there again soon!
